Troubleshooting Tips

 Experiencing internet issues?

The trick is always to identify where the problem is happening:  radio equipment, home router, home WiFi, end device, etc.

 Quick self-check tips:

  • Reboot radio equipment (unplug power from the power brick, count to 10, then plug back in)
  • Reboot router
  • Reboot end device (computer, tablet, TV, etc)
  • See if trouble happens across multiple devices
  • If using a wireless device, see if trouble also affects wired devices
  • If having trouble streaming video, try to choose a lesser video quality (instead of UltraHD, try HD or instead of 1080p try 480p)
